Driver Job Requirements
We’re looking for dependable drivers who meet industry standards and safety expectations. All applicants must pass a background check, be at least 25 years old, and have CDL driving experience with a clean MVR. A current DOT physical and drug test are required. Experience in frac sand hauling is a plus, and drivers should be comfortable using smartphone apps to submit paperwork efficiently. Bilingual drivers are welcome, but English proficiency is mandatory for all applicants required by federal regulations.
